                                                      How to brush your teeth


1. Prepare your toothbrush with toothpaste.
2.Start in the back of your mouth.
3.Roll around in the back of your mouth.
4.Work in a clockwise direction.
5.Brush the back surface of the upper front teeth.
6.Brush the back of the lower front teeth.
7.Brush the biting surface.
8.Brush your tongue and the inside of your cheeks.
9.Finish up with a rinse.
